Semantic Data Capture Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs the use of the related iOS application Semantic Data Capture, in the following called application, for mobile devices that was developed by i3mainz. The application allows users to capture and classify objects using LiDAR technology and machine learning models.
What kind of information does the application store?
The application does not collect and store data automatically. Data includes user-related information, statistics and location information. Furthermore, the data from the scanning process will not be transmitted or transferred to third parties.
Who holds the rights to the scanned data?
The rights to the output data belong to its creator. You can delete the output data by uninstalling the application.
